Every week, we send you the rebuilds in your fire zone that just reached the stage where your trade usually gets hired, from plans approved to move-in. You're the only company in your trade who gets that list for your zone.

Each rebuild shows up once per stage, on the date the public record shows it reached that stage. Pick the stage where your trade gets hired.

How you use the list
These families have been flooded with offers since the fires. The seat comes with a few rules, and they're what keeps the list worth having.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
The City of Los Angeles wildfire rebuild permit records, LA County's EPIC-LA rebuild cases, and the City of Pasadena's fire rebuild permits. All are public, and we read them in full every day.
How is "about to start" dated?
The City records the date plans were approved, so Palisades City permits show that date. The County and Pasadena don't publish one, so their cases show the date we first saw them at that stage.
What's in my first list?
Everything in your zone that is still at your stage, not just this week's arrivals. For "about to start" that's every approved plan from the past year that hasn't pulled its permit yet; for "6+ months in" it's every rebuild 6 to 12 months into construction that isn't finished. For "permit issued" and "finished" it's the last 30 days. The table above shows how many that is today. It can be hundreds of homes, and all of it comes with your first Monday list, in the spreadsheet, so you can plan your mailings. After that, you get the new ones every Monday.
Are these homeowners ready to hire?
Not necessarily. A milestone tells you where a rebuild is in the public record. Many owners already have a builder, and some builders bundle the trades. It's a good reason to send one letter, not a guarantee of a job.
Why mail only?
Rebuild records include addresses, not phone numbers, and unsolicited calls or texts to homeowners can break federal telemarketing rules. A single letter is also easier on families who have heard from a lot of companies since the fires.
What if my trade is already taken in a zone?
We'll tell you before you're charged or refund you in full, and put you on the waitlist for that zone.
What do I get for staying?
After your first paid month, a one-time bonus list comes with your next Monday list, going further back than your first one. For "permit issued," that's rebuilds whose permit was issued 1 to 6 months ago and that aren't finished. For "6+ months in," it's rebuilds more than a year into construction and still not finished. For "finished," it's the last 6 months. ("About to start" already gets the whole past year in the first list.) From then on, each extra zone you add is $149 a month instead of $199. And every 12 months you stay, the next month is free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if your seat turns out to be taken, or if you ask before your first list is sent. After that, payments aren't refundable, because your whole first list arrives on that first Monday. You can still cancel anytime, and you keep your lists through the month you paid for.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract. You keep getting your lists until the end of the month you paid for.
