Every Monday, we send you the ones in your region that fit what you sell, with the practice's phone number and, for organizations, the person who signs for it. You're the only company of your type who gets that list for your region.

Left out: behavior technicians, students, nurses, pharmacists and other roles that don't bill on their own. Dental offices go to the malpractice, software and compliance seats, since dental billing is its own business.
What's in each lead
Everything comes from the provider's own CMS registration, with the spreadsheet (CSV) attached for your CRM.
Who registered
The practice or clinician's name, and whether it's an organization, a clinician in practice on their own, or another individual.
What kind of practice
Therapy, behavioral health, NP or PA, physician, dental, chiropractic, nutrition, or a clinic or agency, with the taxonomy code and credential.
How to reach them
The practice address and phone number. CMS records don't include email addresses.
Who signs
For organizations, the authorized official and their title, usually the owner or administrator. Plus the NPI and a link to its registry page.
How you use the list
These are businesses, so you can email and call them. A few rules keep that legal and keep the list worth having.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
CMS's National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), which issues every National Provider Identifier (NPI). CMS publishes new registrations in a free weekly file, and the data is public.
Is every new NPI a new practice?
No. A new organization is almost always a new practice, clinic or agency, and clinicians registered as sole proprietors are in practice on their own. Other individual clinicians often join an existing group or hospital. Your list puts organizations first and sole proprietors next, and the spreadsheet marks which is which.
How fresh is it?
CMS publishes each week's file a few days after the week closes. Your Monday list has everyone registered since your last one, usually within about 10 days of their registration.
Is there an email address?
No. CMS records don't include email. You get the practice phone, the address and, for organizations, the authorized official's name, which makes the right person easy to find.
What's in my first list?
Everything that fits your seat from the last 30 days, all on your first Monday, in the spreadsheet. After that, you get the new ones every Monday.
What if my buyer type is already taken in a region?
We'll tell you before you're charged, and put you on the waitlist for that region.
What do I get for staying?
After your first paid month, a one-time bonus list comes with your next Monday list: providers who registered 31 to 90 days ago. From then on, each extra region you add is $249 a month instead of $299. And every 12 months you stay, the next month is free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if your seat turns out to be taken, or if you ask before your first list is sent. After that, payments aren't refundable, because your whole first list arrives on that first Monday. You can still cancel anytime, and you keep your lists through the month you paid for.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract. You keep getting your lists until the end of the month you paid for.
