Mail only · one agency per zone

A new roof, or a home the city just signed off, in your zone this week.

Every Monday you get the residential re-roofs, and the homes and ADUs that just received a certificate of occupancy, in one City of Los Angeles zone. The public record shows the address and the work. It does not say the household needs a policy, and it has no phone number.

Reach these homeowners by mail only. No calls, no texts, no door knocks.

What a seat gets

Homes a week, the average of the 4 weeks ending September 25, 2026, residential only. Counts move week to week. Palisades and Altadena fire rebuilds are a separate mail-only list, and that finished-rebuild seat is already on it.

Questions

Why mail only?

These are homeowners. The records have addresses, not phone numbers. Unsolicited calls, texts, or door knocks can break federal telemarketing rules. A letter is the contact.

Does a permit mean they need a new policy?

No. The public record shows a re-roof or a finished home. It does not show a coverage gap, a price, or that anyone asked for a quote.

What about the fire rebuilds?

Palisades and Altadena are on the fire rebuild list, which already includes a homeowners-insurance seat at the finished stage. Those addresses are mail only, and nothing in that list is an offer to buy the lot.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. You keep the lists through the month you paid for.
